The staff weren't overly friendly, and the overall service felt lacking at times, impacting my satisfaction.

My stay was a mixed experience. While my room was clean and the mattress was comfortable, the public areas felt neglected and dirty, which left a sour impression at the start of my stay.
Rooms
6.0
The room was clean enough with a good mattress, making for a decent sleep experience. However, the public spaces didn't match this level of cleanliness.
Service
5.0
The staff at the front desk could have been more welcoming. I encountered some rudeness, which certainly impacted my overall experience.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located near the Gowanus Expressway, which adds convenience but also comes with noise concerns. My first-floor room was subject to external noise, but on the plus side, it was easy to access.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, I did not experience any dining options here. The mention of poor food in other reviews resonates with my lack of dining experience at this location.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities seemed cramped, and the overall upkeep appeared lacking. The steps leading to the first floor were dirty, and a cleaning cart remained in the hallway throughout my stay.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn Brooklyn on October 25th and while my room was clean and the mattress comfortable, the public areas left much to be desired. The entrance and hallways were visibly dirty, which was disappointing. Considering the value and cleanliness of other options, I would suggest looking into alternatives like the Sleep Inn on 22nd Street.
Rooms

I stayed at Sleep Inn Brooklyn on October 25th, and while my room was clean and the mattress comfortable, the overall experience was marred by dirty public spaces. The first impressions were disappointing, with grimy hallways and a cleaning cart left unattended. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room itself.
